Use of low adhesive electrical centrifugal pumps allows to decrease costs related with equipment reliability:

Low adhesion, low roughness and corrosion resistance of polymer stage flow channels allow to increase mean time of low adhesion electrical centrifugal pumps in comparison with electrical centrifugal pumps equipped with metal stages:

1. In non-abrasive solids wells (argil) – from 2 to 5 times;

2. In scaled wells:

• 1.3 times without inhibitor application, in previously inhibited well;

• 2.5 times in wells previously not inhibited;

• 1.8 times in inhibited wells.

Low adhesion electrical centrifugal pumps turnaround and mean time increase in target wells:

• shortens current underground repairs number;

• shortens pumps and related equipment repairs number;

• provides additional oil thanks to shortening wells forced outage number.
